1. Where can I find help on buying, payment and delivery ?

2. This is my first time buying online, what do I need to lookout for ?

Please check out our article [ Safe Shopping Tips ] and get "armed" with a measurement tape. Always read the measurement details and use the measurement tape on yourself or a piece of similar clothing to get a feel. If you are in doubt, drop our friendly sales staff an email !

 

3. Can you tell me how my personal information will be protected on this website ?

Yes, your privacy is important to us!
When you place your order, the information will be kept in a password protected database for the purpose of completing the order. This information will then be stored offline and deleted from our database upon completion of your order.
For payment notification purposes, you are not required to give us your bank account number and to protect yourself against identity theft, you shouldn't give it to anyone else online or offline too !
For email correspondence between all email addresses in catalyzt.com.sg, periodic deletion will also be performed to ensure no archival of sensitive information.

4. Can you conduct meetup for the purchase ?

We are sorry but meetup is not available. For urgent purchases, you can consider A.M mail delivery option which delivers to your mailbox by 11am the next day*(from date of dispatch). It is available at a nominal fee. For more details, please goto [ Delivery ]

 

5. Am I able to order items in the Sold Out category ?

We normally do not reorder items that are already sold out. Do drop us an email on the item you are interested in, so that we can keep you in the loop in event of new updates.

 

6. Can I reserve an item from the online catalogue and get fitting at your shop ?

We are sorry but fitting is not available for online SALE catalogue items. Our brick and mortar shop do not hold stocks for the online collection as well. For online buying, we have an exchange policy in place for Singapore residents, please goto [ Exchange Policy ]

1. Can I be informed for all your updates via email?

Yes, certainly! Just send us an email with subject "Subscribe to eNews" and we will keep you posted in a monthly newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter anytime by replying with subject "unsubscribe". We take utmost care to ensure that no unsolicited emails are sent.

 

2. How often will there be new stocks ?

New items will be presented for sale on a weekly to biweekly basis depending on seasonal demand.
